  • I have not added any items to my shopping cart.

    If you would like to add items to your cart. Please visit our secure online store.

  • While using the Gift Registry I am not able to add items to the shopping cart.

    While using the Gift Registry you will notice that the Jardine Diapers website maybe framed by the Gift Registry site. There are some browsers when paired up with Norton or McAfee Security programs that will not allow items to be added to the cart with our website framed like that. In this case you can either turn off your security program and continue in the Gift Registry frame OR take note of the product identification numbers that you have chosen to purchase. You can print out the registry by clicking on the 'Print' link at the top left of the Gift Registry page. Then open up our website in a new unframed window by clicking here. Enter the product id in the search box to find the items that you would like to purchase.

  • Why is my Shopping Cart empty! I have added items to it or tried to.

    You may have been inactive for longer than 20 minutes. In order that we can efficiently serve all of our website visitors, we must limit the amount of time our servers hold products in your shopping cart session. If you are inactive for more than 20 minutes, your shopping cart is emptied and you will be redirected.

    Remember: You don't have to check out in 20 minutes, you simply have to remain active on the site. One click to another page resets the timer.

    If you want to save items to purchase later, please add them to your Saved Cart.

    If you were not inactive, and your shopping cart will not accept any newly added items, then the problem may be that you do not have internet cookies enabled or that your browser may have JavaScript turned off. Jardine Diapers shopping cart requires that you enable both JavaScript and cookie support in your browser. The reason is so that we are able to track what items you are ordering and to successfully complete your order. Read more detailed information on our Privacy Statement.

    To allow your browser to set cookies you can go to the Help section on your browser and search the index for 'cookies'. If you are using a third party cookie manager such as "Cookie Pal" please follow the instructions that came with the program. You will need to close your browser and reenter our website after changing your cookie setting. After you are done shopping at Jardine Diapers, all cookies can be removed if you wish by following the directions in the help section of your browser.

    There are also some Internet Security Programs that do not allow ordering from our website. You should be able to order if you add www.cloth-diaper.com to your list of trusted sites in your Internet Security Program.

    Older browsers (like Netscape 4 and older Mac versions of Internet Explorer) will not be able to use our shopping cart. Please update your browser.

  • I keep trying to add an item to my cart, but the quantity just shows "0".

    Our shopping cart  uses confirmation windows to let you know if an item is out of stock and if it can either be backordered or if it is unavailable. If you want to place an order for backordered items you must click on the "OK to Backorder" button in this window. If you do not select this option you will not be able to order items that are out of stock. We do have some items that are not able to be backordered, but the cart will let you know that the item cannot be backordered.

  • There were items in my Shopping Cart & I was in the process of checking out.

    The checkout process has been designed so that should you click the button more than once, you will be redirected  to eliminate the possibility of duplicate orders. Please check the email address box that you provided at the time of check out for your order confirmation. If you did not receive an order confirmation you will have to submit your order again.
