When can I expect my order?

You should receive your order in 7-10 days, but most orders arrive sooner. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. We are in California so the closer you are to us, the faster you will get your order. Priority Mail usually delivers in 2-3 days. Click here for a Ground time in transit chart. Most in stock orders ship within two business days. We ship Monday through Friday, not including UPS, USPS and occasionally our own personal holidays. If we are out of stock on any part of your order, I will hold your order for up to a week if the products are expected in during that time. I will send you an email if I can't ship your order within a week. If I can't get the out of stock items within a week, I will ship the in stock portion of your order and backorder the rest (you will not be charged anything extra for shipping). There will be an approximate date on the invoice that you receive that will let you know when I expect the backordered products to be shipped.

You can check the status of your order any time by clicking on the Track Your Order button on any page.

How are shipping costs figured?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order, the location that the order is shipping to and the shipping carrier that you choose. The shipping weight of your order will be greater than the total weights of all of the products that you have in your shopping cart. Weight is added to each order to account for packaging materials (from a few ounces for a small order up to a little over a pound for a large order).

You can view available shipping options and rates by clicking on the Shipping Calculator link on the shopping cart page after adding items to your shopping cart. The only personal information that you need to enter to view shipping costs is your zip code.

For mail and phone in orders shipping rates are based on the order subtotal. Please see our catalog for current mail and phone in rates.

What about availability?

We now have a real time inventory list. When you place item(s) in your shopping cart, we will let you know immediately if the items are in stock and give you the opportunity to place a backorder for the item(s). Items that we are carrying in limited quantities only cannot be backordered. Inventory totals are updated when a customer completes paying for an order. It is possible that you will see plenty of items in stock to fill your order when you add items to your shopping cart and when you go to checkout, the inventory may have been depleted.  The shopping cart will advise you if that is the case, let you know how items are in stock and give you the opportunity to backorder the items.

Inventory levels are not guaranteed. We do try our best to make sure that the inventory level that you see online is correct, but it is possible that our inventory may have been depleted by a mail order through our catalog or a phone in order. We do update our inventory as soon as possible, but we have run into situations where a phone in order will deplete our inventory and an online order will come in for the same items before the online inventory can be updated.

Endless cover orders will not automatically show if the items that you have ordered are on backorder. Please check stock levels before you order. Please see the Endless Cover information page for more information.

You will be able to view estimated shipping dates for the backordered items online after you place your order by clicking on the tracking link that appears in the left menu on our web pages. We are only able to provide estimated shipping dates for backordered products after orders are placed for them.

If your credit card is not approved, the items on your order will be placed back into inventory.

For mail in or fax orders, inventory availability may have changed by the time we receive your payment. If you have provided your email, we will let you know about any backorders.

How do I use PayPal to place an order?

Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!

PayPal, a free service from X.com, is the world's first email payments network. PayPal allows you to send money instantly and securely to anyone with an email address.

With a customer base of over twelve million, PayPal is the largest web-based payment network in the world. It is the number-one payment service for online auctions, and the payment service of choice for online communities.

With PayPal you set up an account with them by clicking on the PayPal logo above. When you set up a PayPal account, you give them your credit card or checking account number. When you purchase something using PayPal, you can either choose to use money from your checking account or you can choose to charge to your credit card. You may also use funds already in your PayPal account. Either way, you only have to give your credit card or bank information once to PayPal. PayPal is used on many eBay auctions and other companies are starting to use it as a form of payment as well.

If you want to use PayPal to make a payment through your checking account and you do not yet have an account with them, it will take a few days for PayPal to verify your bank account. You should set up your account and confirmed address with PayPal and then come back and order with us. If you do not choose to have a credit card on file with PayPal, an order placed using funds from your checking account will be held for shipment until the funds clear your bank. If you have a credit card on file with PayPal and place an order using your bank funds, PayPal calls this an Instant Transfer and we will ship your order right away (depending upon availability).

To use PayPal to purchase products on our website, select the Pay with PayPal option at checkout and follow the instructions.

All orders paid through PayPal must ship to a PayPal Confirmed address in the United States.

There are two ways your address to be confirmed with PayPal:

1. When you add a credit card to your PayPal account, the address on file with your credit card company becomes Confirmed. PayPal can process this immediately so your PayPal account will be ready to use right away.

OR

2. You may confirm your address through Alternative Address Confirmation (AAC).

To qualify for AAC, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be a Verified member of PayPal
2. Have been a PayPal member for more than 90 days
3. Have a Community Participation buyer number of more than 10
4. Be a U.S. member in good standing

If you qualify for AAC, you will need to fax several documents to PayPal, after which they will mail a secret code to the address you are trying to Confirm. After you enter the secret code correctly into the PayPal website, your address will become Confirmed.

How to place your order over the internet.

Go to the page where the product is that you want to order. Below the description of the product there is a little shopping cart that says "add to order". Above that there is a place to put in the quantity of items that you want. There may be a drop down menu (a box with a little arrow in the right of the box) for selection of size or color.  Click on the arrow to see all of the selections and click on the one that you want. With all of that done, click on the Add to Cart button. If the item is out of stock and able to be backordered, a pop up window will appear. You have the option of backordering the item(s) or not adding them to your cart. If you get to the Shopping Cart and your item does not does show up in the shopping cart, it is because the cart needs to set a cookie to your computer and it wasn't allowed to. A cookie is a small bit of information that is written to a special cookie file on your computer that lets the shopping cart keep track of what you have ordered. The cookie that the cart sets expires after 30 minutes of inactivity (not clicking on any pages) or after you complete your order. In the shopping cart if you are done shopping click on checkout otherwise click on continue shopping to go back. You can then chose to pay by credit card over the Net, pay with PayPal or you can choose to print out your order and mail it in. There is also a field where you can put in any special information that you want me to know. If this doesn't help email me at and I will get back to you ASAP.

Phone: Call anytime between 9am and 3pm PST (we are in California) Monday - Thursday. 1-888-873-2313; locally or out of the US 1-805-929-2313. We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. With three little ones, we may not be able to get to the phone right away. Rest assured that you will get a call back as soon as possible. I have found that I needed to spend Friday without phone calls so that I can finish up business for the week and then be able to spend the weekend with my family. I do ship orders on Friday and answer emails as well. If you can't get me by phone, please send me an email.

Mail: You can send in a check,  Money Order or credit card information. We will ship out mail in orders within two weeks after we receive your order, but checks returned by the bank are subject to a $15.00 fee in addition to the original cost of the order plus any fees that end up being necessary to collect payment. You can use the online shopping cart to create a form that you can mail in with your payment. Please follow the shopping cart all the way to completion. You will get an order number. If you quit to early and just print out the screen information, your order may be incomplete and we will be unable to processes it.

I can't seem to use your shopping cart.

In order for the shopping cart to work properly your browser must be able to process JavaScript and accept cookies. The most recent versions of Explorer and Netscape work the best.

Older versions of Netscape and some Mac computers may have problems using the web site. If I could hire a team to get the site working for every browser/platform out there I would. Since I do most everything myself, unfortunately there are limits. If you find that you cannot use the shopping cart please call us to place an order 1-888-873-2313 9-3pst Monday - Thursday.

The shopping cart also uses popup windows to inform you that an item has been added to your shopping cart. It also uses popup windows to let you know that an item that is out of stock and to ask you if you want to backorder the item. If you do not click on "OK to Backorder" the item will not be added to your cart. If you have a popup killer installed on your computer that closes the window before you get a chance to click on the "Backorder" button, you will not be able to order the item. We do not use any popup advertising on our site, so you can safely disable the popup killer while shopping here.

What's the difference between the Saved Cart and the Gift Registry?

The Saved Cart information is held by Jardine Diapers on our server. Your list is not searchable or accessible by anyone else. It is a good place to put items that you are interested in, but are not yet ready to purchase. It is really easy to get the items that you want from the Saved Cart to the shopping cart since they are integrated. The items in the Saved Cart will not stay there forever. After four months of inactivity they will be removed. You can email the contents of your Saved Cart to someone else if you choose.

The Gift Registry is hosted by Wish World (www.wishworld.com) on their servers. Please read the privacy and security information on the Wish World website before entering any personal information in your Gift Registry. The information is searchable by family members and friends if you choose. You can also add products from other web sites that belong to the Wish World 'family of merchants' onto your gift registry. When your family and friends purchase off of your registry, the product is shown as purchased so that no one else can buy it off of the registry. Since the Registry information is held on a different website, your user name and password for your gift registry may be different than the user name and password that you use on the Jardine Diapers web site.

What is the difference between the Kushies and Bumkins All in One diaper?

The Kushies waterproofing material is vinyl backed polyester and is able to withstand soaking and more aggressive (warmer) washing and drying. The Bumkins waterproof material is polyester with a urethane coating and cannot be soaked. If you wash and dry the Bumkins hot, it will greatly shorten the life of the diaper.

Kushies has five layers of flannel with a soaker layer. Bumkins has six layers of flannel. The both hold about the same amount.

Both diapers have two layers of flannel sewn down to the waterproofing material. In the Kushies the rest of the layers are sewn down in the back, you can fold the flap to put the most fabric where you need the most absorbency. The rest of the Bumkins layers are sewn at both front and back, but not in the middle.

Bumkins usually fit better than Kushies. Most kids can fit in the Kushies Infant size up to 19 lbs. and the Toddler size up to 39lbs.

Neither diaper has leg gussets.

You can expect about 150 uses out of an All in One diaper with proper care (no bleach, no fabric softener, do not soak the Bumkins in anything, do not soak the Kushies in detergent, no hot water washes and no commercial or hot settings on your dryer). You may get more uses out of your AIO diapers if you hang them to dry and just toss them in the dryer on low when they are almost dry.

Using Fuzzi Bunz Stay Dry System

You can use a prefold folded in thirds the long way or on fourths the short way. There is no right or wrong way to fold the diaper. If the diaper is to long it can be folded down at the front or the back as you would with a regular diaper cover. Make sure that the legs and waist are snug. The snaps do not have to be snapped on the same number snap on both sides. Make sure that the diaper is placed all the way to the front of the pocket near the snaps. If you are having a wicking problem, the diaper is too wet and needs to be changed more often. For nighttime add a Kushies washable liner or two to your 4x8x4 diaper. Two prefolds will be too bulky and interfere with a good fit. Once your Fuzzi Bunz has been used as an All in One system, they need to be washed. To keep odors at bay, wash at least every two days. Separate diapers from Fuzzi Bunz (the top back of the diaper will hardly ever be wet or dirty) Keep Fuzzi Bunz in a dry pail (just as any cover - no extended soaking) with your other covers. The Fuzzi Bunz  work fabulously with our prefolds (remember the unbleached need to be washed well before use) and the Bumkins Liners. They also work with other diapers. Since we cannot test every diaper out there, use them with other diapers at your own risk.

Which diapers and covers work the best?

In general, All in One diapers are easier to use, while covers and prefolds (the two piece system) are easier to wash.

The best diaper cover is a cover that fits your baby well. We carry lots of different covers so that you can find one that works for you and your baby. I love using Bumkins and Bummis covers with a prefold for my kids. But, not all covers fit all kids. Make sure you check out the diaper cover size chart before you order. Prefold diapers do absorb more than other diapers and the ones that we carry are great!

I have found that people are most satisfied with cloth diapering when they use prefolds and covers along with a few AIO diapers for babysitters.

What do the absorbency ratings mean?

The ratings are relative - not absolute. That means that a liner with a one rating absorbs the least and a diaper with a nine rating absorbs the most. It does not mean that a diaper or liner absorbs two or five (or whatever) times more than another. It just means that the higher the rating, the more the liner or diaper will absorb. Diapers with the same rating will absorb similar amounts. If you take a diaper with a four rating and add a liner with a one rating, it will not necessarily be the same as a diaper with a five rating. My idea with the ratings was to help you figure out which diapers are the right ones for you. For the fitted diapers and All in Ones the ratings are for the large or toddler sized diapers unless otherwise indicated.

Product Descriptions.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing how well the diapers, covers and other items work and fit.  We offer a lot of other information as well as to the fabric content, manufacturer and country that the products are made in. Because every baby is different we do not guarantee that diapers or covers will fit every child even if the you child's  measurements fit into the size range for that diaper or cover. If you feel that a product offered by Jardine Diapers is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Please let us know what you felt was wrong about the description and we will attempt to correct it in future updates of the web site.

Why Cotton?

I use cotton diapers because I love it!  I used disposable diapers for quite a while until I "Saw the light" and started using cotton.  When my son was first born I thought that it would be a huge pain to use cotton diapers and I didn't think about it for a long time.  I finally got totally fed up with having to go out and spend a good sized part (I  have always been a stay at home mom) of our monthly budget on diapers and I heard about the chemicals used in disposable diapers (no wonder my son was getting so many rashes!)  So, I started to use cloth diapers (home laundered).  Now I can't believe that I spent so much on disposables and I have been able to use the cloth diapers on our second child, I feel like I am getting "free" diapers.  I figured that at $.20 per disposable diaper, using 10 per day after three years I would have spent about $2,190.  Plus in our area the garbage company charges per can and we have been able to cut back one can per week after I switched to cloth. Washing the diapers costs me about $1.00 per load. That’s $432 over three years. When you add in the cost of the diapers ($450-an estimate) I have spent $882. That’s a $1,308 savings for the first baby. You can see even more savings ($1,778) for each additional child that uses the same diapers.   I have found that I enjoy walking past the disposables in the grocery store and thinking about what I am not spending.  Kids that have been in cloth diapers usually potty train earlier, another great benefit.

I try not to rant - much - but what is it about throw away baby related items? As if all those diapers in the landfills are not bad enough, we have diaper wipes, bibs, placemats, swim diapers and I just saw some throw away face/hand wipes advertised. Now I realize that we have droughts occasionally and want to watch our water use, but we are stuffing our landfills full of things that just don't need to be there. It does not take that much effort to wash a few bibs or washcloths with your regular laundry. Remember to recycle all that you can as well. OK, end of rant.

I am changing from disposables to cloth, what can I expect?

Cloth diapers are thicker than disposables. Some of your baby's clothes may fit differently than they do now. It usually takes longer to put a cloth diaper (AIO's are just as fast) on your baby, especially when you first start and are getting used to cloth diapers. Active babies will probably have to be distracted to keep them from crawling or running off before you get the cover fastened. I keep a few toys just for diaper time that keeps my son from escaping too soon. I have also found that little games like peek-a-boo are great to help keep them still (well, mostly still!).

You will probably change your baby as many times a day as you are doing with disposables.

It will take some time also, before you get used to washing the diapers instead of tossing them. Believe me, before long it will seem natural and you will be a cloth diapering pro!

How do I deal with nighttime?

There is no magic in cloth diapers. To get more absorbency you need more diaper. If you have to change your baby every two hours because the diaper is soaked, the diapers that you are using will not be able to last all night long even with washable liners. More absorbency with cloth diapers means a thicker diaper.  Some kids may end up with a really bulky looking diaper at night.

If your baby drinks a lot right before bedtime or drinks a lot a night, you will probably have to change the diaper sometime during the night.

Try to find a diaper that you only have to change every four hours during the day. With an older baby the premium 4x8x4 prefold diaper should do the trick.  A toddler may need the 4x8x4 toddler prefold diaper. A diaper that can last for four hours during the day should work at night (as long as your baby does not drink during the night) as well if you add a washable liner like the BumkinsKissaluvs, or  Bummis.

For the cover - try a Bummis Super, Bumkins or Prorap Classic. Fuzzi Bunz are wonderful for nighttime.

The All in Ones work for overnight with a washable liner for kids that are not heavy wetters.

How many diapers and covers do I need?

Two to four dozen diapers is a good rule.  If you are using pre-folds try one wrap for every six diapers. For fitted diapers try one wrap for every eight diapers. Newborns need two to four more covers.  All in Ones and Classics need to be washed every three days.  So if you figure on 6 changes a day you should get 18 + 2 for use while the others are in the wash. Also get 10 or 20 washable liners for nighttime and for heavy wetting babies (you probably won't need washable liners for a newborn).  You may want to use flushable liners with a newborn.  The meconium that newborns produce during their first week stains cloth diapers.  You may want use disposables during that first week - try Tushies, they are gel free.

Do I need all of that other stuff (liners ...)?

Really the only things that you need to use cloth diapers are:

  • diapers and covers (or all in ones) that fit well

  • a diaper pail

  • access to a washing machine (dryer preferred but not totally necessary)

  • a child to diaper :)

The washable liners would only be needed if the diapers that you have are not absorbent enough for you needs. The disposable liners are a matter of personal preference.

How do I take care of my diapers and covers?

All-in-Ones, fitted diapers, training pants: Wash and dry your new diapers a couple of times before using them.  After they get "used" dump out any solids into the toilet and toss the diaper into the diaper pail.  The Kushies can be presoaked in cold water and 1/4 cup of baking soda or vinegar (close the fasteners before soaking). The Bumkins should not be soaked.  When I am ready to wash, I dump the pail into the washer and run a cold rinse cycle.  After the rinse cycle I run a complete wash cycle with Arm & Hammer detergent with some Arm & Hammer Washing Soda in cool water.  Then I run an extra rinse cycle to get out all of the detergent (I have found that it is best to use half the amount of detergent that is recommended).  Don't use any fabric softeners, it will probably irritate your baby's bottom, it will harm the waterproofing on the All in One Diapers and Classics and it will reduce the absorbency of the diapers. Also, never use bleach or pure soap (e.g. Ivory Snow). Bleach is bad for the diapers and your baby's bottom and the soap will leave a fatty residue behind which will leave the diaper less absorbent. Dry them on a medium heat setting.   Hanging the diapers to dry is great, but the All in Ones and Classics take a long time to dry unless it is hot or breezy. When they are almost dry, put them in the dryer on low for 10 minutes to fluff them up.  I have noticed that some of the Bumkins AIOs say wash hot, dry hot and that others say wash cool, dry low. I definitely recommend the wash cool, dry low method. The Bumkins or any AIO that uses a fabric coating for waterproofing will last a lot longer with more gentle care.

Pre-folds: A new prefold diaper is a stiff and rough diaper. After they get washed, the prefold will be transformed into a soft fluffy diaper.  Wash and dry your new diapers three times before using them.  They will shrink after the first wash, and slightly more for a few more washings. After they get "used", dump out any solids into the toilet and toss the diaper into the diaper pail.  You can use a "wet pail" or "dry pail". For the wet pail method soak them in cold water with 1/4 cup of baking soda or 1/4 cup vinegar.  When you are ready to wash, toss the diapers in the washing machine and spin them out. For the dry pail method just toss the diapers in the pail with a little vinegar or you can use one of those deodorizers to cut down on the smell.   When you are ready to wash, just dump the pail into the washer and run a cold rinse cycle. For both methods - after the rinse cycle I run a complete wash cycle with Arm & Hammer (the kind with bleach alternative works great!) detergent with some Arm & Hammer Washing Soda in hot water (if your need your diapers to smell better - such as after a bout with some nasty stomach illness - let them soak in the A&H detergent for a couple of hours).  Then I run an extra rinse cycle to get out all of the detergent - I toss a little vinegar in this cycle.  Don't use any fabric softeners, it will probably irritate your baby's bottom and it will reduce the absorbency of the diapers.  I dry them on hot.  If you do line dry, put the diapers in the dryer for a couple of minutes to fluff them up and get them softer. Constant bleaching will greatly reduce the life of your diapers.

Vinegar is added to break down the detergent. Baking Soda is added to neutralize any urine.

Diaper wraps: Don't store the used covers in the same pail with the used diapers. The elastic and waterproof laminates will last longer. Wash them every two or three days to help keep stains and odors at bay. Your velcro covers will stay good looking and work better if they are washed separately from the diapers.  Lint from the diapers always gets stuck in the velcro, both on the hook and loop parts.  Lint is also attracted to the fabric of the Fuzzi Bunz. It does not impair the functionality, they just end up looking - fuzzy.  When enough wraps get dirty, I toss them in the wash on gentle with cold water and a tiny bit of detergent.  Don' t use laundry additives (such as OxyClean or Biz) to wash your covers. Constant use of additives will reduce the life of the waterproof coatings. After they are done I hang them to dry. If they get stained, use a stain stick or prewash spray. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash. You will need to repeat this a few times to get the stains out. Don't dry your wraps in a hot dryer. The Green Earth, Fuzzi Bunz and Bummis Super covers can handle a warm dryer, but the best way to dry your covers is just hang them to dry. They will last longer. Fuzzi Bunz take a few hours to dry when hung, the rest dry in about half an hour.

*This is what works for me and it may not follow the manufacturers instructions, please check the washing instructions that come from the manufacturers for more information. Experiment until you find the best method for you. It is practically impossible to get all stains off of your diapers and some covers. These instructions should keep everything looking as good and lasting as long as possible.

Download these instructions. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the file.

How can I control leaks?

Wash and dry your new diapers before you use them. The chemicals that the fabric makers use on the cloth needs to be washed off before the diapers can be as absorbent as they are meant to be. The unbleached diapers in particular need to be washed in very hot water. You may need to turn up the water heater back up for this load if you have turned it down for safety. Then make sure that all of the diaper is inside of the diaper cover. Also, if your baby is wearing a onesie, find out if the onesie is creeping up and coming in contact with the cloth part of the diaper. Then check the fit of the cover. If there are big gaps at the legs or waist, you may need a smaller cover. If you buy a bigger cover hoping to save money, you may end up spending a lot of your time washing everything that your baby has on! Also, if a velcro cover is too big the diaper may end up sagging and that could cause leaks. For a really active toddler, a cover with some mesh lining can hold the diaper in place better. You may want to try pins or the Snappi fastener. If the diaper and cover are totally saturated, you will either need to change diapers more frequently, or you will need to increase the absorbency of the diaper by doubling, by using washable liners or by using a more absorbent diaper. If you have been using fabric softeners or pure soap (ivory snow) - stop! These products actually decrease the absorbency of the diapers, making them waterproof!

What can I use with a preemie or older child?

For a preemie use the Bummis Original Cover in the newborn size. It is made for small newborns. For the diapers use either the Kushies washable liner, the Bummis washable liner or the preemie prefolds

For an older child, the Toddler sized Prorap Classic, the Bummis Whisper Pant in XL, or the Bummis Super Wrap in XLarge. If you need really absorbent diapers use the Toddler sized prefold diapers - they are very large. If you don't need as much absorbency, use the Premium 4x8x4 prefolds. We don't carry diapers or covers for anyone over 50 lbs.

Where can I find a diaper pail?

The diaper pail that I use was 'free'. I bought one of those buckets of laundry detergent at the wholesale warehouse near us and my reward for dealing with that huge amount of detergent was getting to use the container as a diaper pail. It holds about 18 4x6x4 diapers. I have also seen 5 gallon buckets (with lids) at the large home stores that look like the same thing. You may be able to get one for free from a school. Sometimes they get their soap in buckets like that - it's hard to pry off the lids on those.

We also carry a 54 quart diaper pail with a flip lid that holds three to four dozen diapers.

What is the Endless Cover™ Program and how do I qualify?

Your first order of six or more covers on one order qualifies you for the Endless Cover Program. On that qualifying order you can purchase different brands and different sizes to qualify, but the quantity discounts that are shown on the jardinediapers.com web site are only good for six or more of the same cover. Unless your order total is over $175.00 you will pay for shipping on your qualifying order of covers.

On your next order of diaper covers you get an even better deal!  With your qualifying purchase, you will be sent the web address for the Endless Cover web site along with a user name and password to enter the site (it will be printed on the receipt - not emailed to you). The covers that you purchase on the Endless Cover site are shipped to you for free (US addresses only). You may purchase as little or as many covers on the Endless Cover site and get the free shipping. Prices and cover discounts are figured the same way as on the jardinediapers.com web site. If you order six or more of the same cover, you get the discount. Email me if you think that you have already qualified for this program and I will send you the site address, user name, and password. If you return your qualifying purchase for a refund, you will have to qualify again with another order in order to use the Endless Cover Program.

Please do not give your user name and password to someone who has not qualified. An order from someone who has not previously qualified will be delayed while we add the correct shipping charge.

Special deal covers, limited quantity items and covers on closeout are not a part of the endless cover program.

If you have qualified for the Endless Cover Program please order off of the web site that you were given with the qualifying order. Orders placed on the jardinediapers.com web site will not be processed with the free shipping that you are expecting.

The Endless Cover Program is only available to online orders.

Use of the Endless Cover Site is subject to the following rules.
1. The customer states that they have previously purchased six or more covers at one time from the www.jardinediapers.com web site and paid for shipping on that order (unless the total order was over $175.00).
2. The six or more covers mentioned above have not been returned for a refund. If there were more than six covers purchased, at least six of them must have been kept. Those original six covers may have been exchanged for different covers or for a different size.
3. If an order is placed through the Endless Cover site and the original six covers are returned for refund, the shipping cost from the Endless Cover order will be deducted from the refund.

Who gets charged tax and how much?

All shipments to California will be charged 7.25% (San Luis Obispo County rate) sales tax regardless of the origin of the order. This is not an Internet tax. It is simply the California state sales tax required by state law to be charged by businesses that have a physical presence in California to addresses in California. Your sales tax may be higher in your California County, but we are only required to collect tax based on where we are located. Technically you as the consumer are supposed to calculate the higher tax that you would have paid in your county and send in a check to State Board of Equalization for your county.

Pricing Information

Each catalog has an expiration date as far as prices go. Please check the current catalog for prices before you mail in an order using the catalog.

When we publish a catalog, the prices in the catalog are the same as the prices on the web site. Occasionally manufacturers raise prices or set retail minimums that cause the prices on the web site to be different than the ones in the current catalog. You can still place a mail in order through the catalog until the expiration date, but for phone and web site orders, the new pricing will be used.

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, an occasional item may end up in your shopping cart with the wrong price. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our shipping procedures.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

What about those phone hours?

You may have noticed that we don't have phone hours on Friday or after 3:00pm. When I first started with this company we had phone hours just about all day long Monday through Saturday. Experience with a home based business has shown me that the business can easily take up my entire day. So, I have set the phone hours to times when I can actually be there to answer the phone (or return calls) so that I can spend time with my family. Occasionally I will be out taking my kids to school. This company and its customers are very important to me and if you leave a message on the machine or send an email, I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Charitable Giving

We choose a few well deserving people or charities to give to each year. Our budget for the year has been reached. We realize that there are many people in need, but we are a small company and we do our part. We receive many requests for donations and are unable to respond to all of them. If you would like to be considered for our next budget, please mail us information about your cause. We do not consider emailed donation requests.
