The Rules 

• Your points will not expire, but after you redeem points the coupon will expire in 30 days. You get to decide when to redeem your points for a coupon. 
• Coupons must be redeemed on a minimum order of $15.00, can only be used once and cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons. 
• All club points must be earned online. 
• Your must be subscribed to our mailing list when you place an order to earn club points. If you are not subscribed when you place an order online, no points will be added to your account. 
• You must login with the same email and password before checking out to have the points added to the same account.
• Club points are not awarded on shipping charges, sales tax or on the purchase of Gift Certificates. 
• If you return or cancel an order the club points associated with the returned or cancelled items will be removed from your Frequent Changes account. 
• Club points are earned after an order has shipped. 
• Club points are non-refundable. 
• Club points are not redeemable for cash.
